Realme 6 was a delightful phone. And given, Realme’s aggressive habit of launching phones in quick succession, we were expecting a successor soon. Now, we’ve finally got some news about the Realme 7 series. Rumor around the internet is that the company will soon be launching Reame 7 and Realme 7 Pro in China on September 1.

However, this piece of information has not come directly from the company. Rather its CMO posted a teaser of sorts on Weibo. The post contained a soda can whose label contained the number 7. Moreover, the accompanying caption stated, “new soon”. It didn’t take netizens too long to join the dots. Thus, the rumor about the potential launch of the Realme 7 series started to spread like a wildfire on the internet.

Currently, we only know about the batteries in these devices. Rumor is that the Realme 7 will pack a 4300mAh unit. And the 7 Pro will sport a 4500mAh battery. Similarly, it has been speculated that both of them will support 65W fast charging. Similarly, we can expect a 120Hz IPS panel on both of these devices.

Realme 8 Series

However, that’s not the end of the rumors. Talk is that Realme is prepping to launch the Relame 8 series in quick succession. As with the 7 series, this too will most likely feature two devices – Relame 8 and 8 Pro. Their TENAA listing suggests that both of them will sport 4500mAh battery with 65W fast charge support. Furthermore, these devices might have a 6.43-inch FHD+ panel and an octa-core processor. However, we don’t exactly know which specific processor will they use in the Realme 8 series. Also, they will probably have a quad-camera setup on the back. And the setup will feature a 64MP primary camera. Similarly, the selfie shooter will be a 32MP sensor.
